Walter Wise, CEO, The BPI Strategy Group

Walter (Walt) Wise is the CEO of The BPI Strategy Group, a business, marketing, and coaching consultancy based in Merrimack, NH. With a background spanning 23 years in the U.S. Air Force, Walt honed his expertise in leadership, strategy, and operations as a linguist, C-130 Navigator, IT Program Manager, and Senior Officer.

After retiring from the military, Walt transitioned to the private sector, where he held senior executive roles—including Business Development Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President—helping three small businesses secure lucrative Federal contracts over an 11-year period.

In 2006, he founded Wise Business Development, and by 2007, he launched The BPI Strategy Group, focusing on coaching and consulting. His firm has helped professional service providers, home service contractors, and technology companies grow through effective marketing, lead generation, reputation management, and business development strategies.

Beyond consulting, Walt has a deep commitment to veteran entrepreneurship. As the former CEO and Executive Director of the Northeast Veterans Business Resource Center, he trained and mentored nearly 9,000 veterans, equipping them with the skills to start and grow their businesses.

A prolific author and speaker, Walt has written several books, including:
📖 Getting Back to Basics: Effective Marketing Strategies to Grow Your Business in Today’s Brutal Economy

His insights have been featured in 6-Figure Coach Magazine, on radio and TV, and at national conferences, including the National Veterans Small Business Conference and American Legion Business Development events.
